What is the KONAMI Games Store?

This is an online store where you can purchase items that can be used within KONAMI games at a special price.

I checked "Don't require a code on this device (valid for 180 days since the last login)" during the KONAMI ID two-step verification process. Why am I still often asked for a verification code when logging in?
A
Your eBaseball™ Fan Club login information and KONAMI ID two-step verification history are stored as a cookie in your browser.
If you have blocked cookies within your browser settings, you can remove the block to stayed logged in to the eBaseball™ Fan Club for a period of time.
Also, please note that your two-step verification status is stored for 180 days.
■ iOS devices: Safari
Go to Settings > Apps > Safari > Advanced and then set "Block All Cookies" to Off.
■ Android devices: Chrome app
Go to More (upper right corner of the browser) > Settings > Site settings > Cookies and then toggle the switch to enable cookies.

How can I deal with a currently inactive User ID that is linked to the eBaseball™ Fan Club?

[Important]
*Only a User ID linked to the eBaseball™ Fan Club can claim items from within the app.
*You can go to Account > Linked App User Profile to confirm the currently linked User ID.
*The app User ID cannot be unlinked from your KONAMI ID. If you change your User ID such as by reinstalling the app, you will need to register both a new KONAMI ID and a new eBaseball™ Fan Club account.
Follow the steps below to log out from the eBaseball™ Fan Club and register a new KONAMI ID and eBaseball™ Fan Club account.
■ Step 1
Go to Account and log out from the eBaseball™ Fan Club.
■ Step 2
Launch the app and access the registration screen from the eBaseball™ Fan Club menu.
■ Step 3
Select "Register" and input your email address to create a new KONAMI ID and then register for the eBaseball™ Fan Club.
*Please use an email address that has not previously been registered with the eBaseball™ Fan Club.
[Caution]
*If you reinstall the app or do not complete the data transfer process after switching to a new device, the new User ID created within the app will not be linked to the eBaseball™ Fan Club.
*Items cannot be transferred between User IDs within the app.

The eBaseball™ Fan Club is an official KONAMI website designed to bring you the latest information regarding eBaseball™: MLB PRO SPIRIT. By registering with this site, you can receive daily rewards as well as the eBaseball™ Fan Club newsletter.

How can I register with the site?

Please use the Register button on the site's top page.
*You must agree to the KONAMI ID and eBaseball™ Fan Club Terms of Use in order to use eBaseball™ Fan Club.

How can I change my registered information?

eBaseball™ Fan Club uses the information registered with your KONAMI ID.
If you wish to change the registered information of your KONAMI ID, go to Account > Change User Profile after logging in to the eBaseball™ Fan Club.

How can I deactivate my account?

After logging in to the eBaseball™ Fan Club, go to Account > Start Deactivation Process to deactivate your account.
*Once your game account has been linked to your KONAMI ID, the link cannot be removed.

Can I change the KONAMI ID that has been linked to my app?

Once your game account has been linked to a KONAMI ID, it cannot be linked to another KONAMI ID.
If you have more than one KONAMI ID, please choose carefully when selecting which one to use with the eBaseball™ Fan Club.

Where can I see the app's loading screens or the in-game items that I have acquired?
A
You can see your in-game items by going to Gifts within the app.
The loading screens can be seen by going to the Re-download page from the eBaseball™ Fan Club top page.

When do the login rewards reset?

The login rewards are updated at 2:00 a.m. (UTC).
